Historic Downtown Mansfield

St. Peter's District
The St. Peter's district boundaries overlap historic downtown Mansfield and encompass an important and historic residential neighborhood, imperative to downtown's future revitalization. The St. Peter's district is bounded by Marion Avenue to the west, Park Avenue to the North, Main Street to the west and Glessner Avenue to the south. Westinghouse District
The Westinghouse district boundaries overlap historic downtown Mansfield and include a snapshot of the previous industrial powerhouse that was Mansfield, Ohio. Currently undergoing a renaissance, the Westinghouse district, is now home to one of the State of Ohio's Third Frontier Grant Award winners, as well as the epicenter for local and county government operations. The Westinghouse district is bounded by Park Avenue to the North, Sixth Street to the south, State Route 430 to the east and Main Street to the west.
