 DMI Grant Programs
Downtown Mansfield, Inc. believes that one of the simplest ways to further revitalization efforts is by strengthening existing businesses. In addition, DMI is fully committed to the preservation of our downtown and near downtown neighborhoods. We believe that through preservation and support we can provide assistance to stakeholders who are equally committed to our practices. DMI currently operates two grant programs.
Facade Improvement Grant Program
Downtown Mansfield, Inc. believes that our historic downtown area represents a valuable resource worth preserving. The purpose of the Downtown Mansfield Incorporated Facade Improvement Matching Grant Program is to encourage the preservation and rehabilitation of historically significant structures within the Downtown Mansfield District. Mini Grant Program
The downtown Mini Grant Program focuses on serving the needs of small businesses downtown and assisting them in small changes that have a potentially large impact on both their own businesses as well as the success of the greater downtown.
