Starting Your Own Business in Ohio Plan this document on starting a business has been developed by the Small Business Development Center of Ohio and is funded by the Ohio Department of Development and the US Small Business Administration. The document contains information on starting a business plan, naming your business, tax implications, OSHA and environmental requirements, EIN numbers and other employment related information. Women's Business Kit this kit provides information regarding programs that are targeted for women owned businesses. These types of business are defined as those with a majority ownership by women, 51% or more. Information includes the Governor's Award for Women's Excellence in Enterprise.
