She has worked in a variety of capacities within the organization and has been a liaison with many boards and community organizations during her time at DMI including the Mansfield Richland Area Chamber of Commerce and Discovery School.  Currently, Jennifer's main focus areas are in long term planning, preservation based planning, new program and project development and community development for the downtown and near downtown neighborhoods.

Jennifer earned her BA from Antioch College in 2000 in Social & Global Studies, with a dual focus on Entrepreneurial Management and International Relations.  For her Senior paper, she studied the changing role of the women's labour market in post communist Eastern Europe.  During her time at Antioch, Jennifer worked as a policy associate for the International Association of Chiefs of Policy in Alexandria, VA;  a shelter manager for the Domestic Violence Shelter of Saratoga Springs, NY;  and the market manager for the initial year of the Malabar Farm Garden.  She also traveled and studied throughout Germany, Hungary, Poland, Austria, France and England. Jennifer went on to earn her MBA from Ashland University in 2005.

Jennifer is married to Chef Mark Kime of Western Reserve Academy and they have three children, Sam, Zuzu and Olive. They enjoy the ongoing restoration of the historic home near downtown while raising their family and traveling.
